Trim-Out has no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you enter is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. We never see it, and it is never sent anywhere.
All of the following stays exclusively in the app's local storage on your device: quotes and invoices (line items, pricing, status), your saved rate catalog, your business details for PDFs (name, phone, email, license number, terms, and an optional logo image), client signatures captured on the acceptance screen, and your free-trial usage count and Trim-Out Pro unlock status. None of it is uploaded to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data with it.
Adding a business logo asks for photo library access to pick an image. That image is resized and stored locally for your PDFs — it is never uploaded.
Trim-Out Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by the store you bought it from: Apple's App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. We never see or store your payment details — the store handles billing, receipts, and refunds directly.
Sending a PDF quote or sharing as text hands the file to your phone's built-in share sheet — you choose the destination (email, messages, a cloud drive). Neither the file nor that choice passes through us.
Trim-Out uses no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Trim-Out is a professional quoting tool for tradespeople and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
