Calculators — voltage drop, wire size, pipe volume, tonnage, and the rest — are always free, with no limit. Drafting, saving and getting a client's signature on a quote are free too. Your first 5 quotes are free to send: a quote counts the first time it leaves the phone, as a PDF, as text, or when you turn it into an invoice. Sending it again, or invoicing a quote you already sent, doesn't count again. After that, Trim-Out Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited quotes and invoices. No subscription.
If Trim-Out asks you to unlock Pro again after you've already bought it, open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you purchased with.
Trim-Out Pro is tied to the store account you bought it with — your Apple ID on iPhone, your Google account on Android — so Restore Purchase unlocks it on any device signed into that account. A purchase on one platform doesn't carry over to the other. Your quotes and invoices themselves don't sync between devices — each device's data stays local to it.
Trim-Out has no account and no server. Quotes, invoices, your rate catalog, and business info are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes that data, so keep your phone's device backup turned on (iCloud on iPhone, Google backup on Android) if you want a copy.
You can also save a backup file yourself: in Trim-Out, tap ? → Export a backup file and save it to Files, iCloud Drive, email or anywhere else. To bring it back, tap Restore from a backup file on any phone. Restoring adds anything missing and never changes or removes what's already there. Trim-Out Pro isn't in the backup file; use Restore Purchase for that.
